Keystone Culture 360 Evaluation

We conduct one-on-one structured interviews to determine alignment of organizational culture as a driver of beliefs, culture, mission, and strategy for healthcare organizations.

Stakeholder groups for interviews include governance, senior leadership, physician leaders and middle management. The principal reason for a 360 examination of one or several members of a health system’s Senior Leadership Team is to determine if the right person(s) is in the right position for the job that needs to be done.
